she is just shedding hair...or probably did you bathe her alot of time...its bad to bathe alot of times...makes them lose hair...and losing hair is not a bad sign...

It's probably a seasonal or allergic reaction to something. Or, if she has not been spayed yet it could be hormonal. After a heat cycle your dog, and millions out there, could be experiencing a "fake pregnancy." Just before her litter comes she would lose some of the hair around her teats so that her puppies have a better chance of finding them to nurse. Many people, me included, will simply shave the hair off down there to make sure the pups have a chance to suckle.
