ok, there is billions of cloths on the floor. my lamps is lost in homework papers. i can find my library card and mt tv is filthy. no to mention my not made bed, my scatterd PS2 discs and 2 old pizza crusts. with dog hair sprinkled on top!!! EEEEEEK!!!!!

Hehe, you've made me laugh, because I can TOTALLY relate. Anyway... start by picking up all of the clothes and piling them either in a basket or the laundry room or even the washing machine. Then, pick up the biggest objects first. Somehow, getting the clothes and big things out makes it seem like you've done a lot, even when you haven't yet. After that, put the papers in a pile. Put books away. Things that there are lots of, like papers, discs, etc... put them in piles together... after all that's done, then get to the miscelaneous stuff. Oh, and make sure you have a big trash bag handy at all times to make it easy to throw trash away. :) Other than that, my only advice is that you need some imagination; don't think about your screaming mom. Pretend you are a servant in medieval times cleaning your nasty lady's room.... well, it worked for me. :) hehe, and remember starting is half the job; if you've started, you're atleast halfway done. And maybe take before and after pictures. :)

Why are you wasting time on the computer? If you care about your friends, you will clean up. Start with clothes. Put them where they belong--laundry, closet, etc. Then papers. Get a trash bag for this one. Continue filling the trash bag with rubble that has accumulated. Change your sheets. Dust and clean the floor. Be sure to spray Febreze. It probably doesn't smell too good in there.

Get a big garbage bad take it to your room and clean it.. pick up your clothes take them to the washer and do them yourself. you made the mess clean it up.. once it is done your mother will stop screaming at you.. I feel your pain. My room has been know to get quite messy. I know it can also feel quite overwhelming. The only thing I suggest is to take a deep breath and start cleaning one thing at a time. It is the only way. :o)

Gross...If your Mother was any kind of parent she would not allow your friends to come over until you could take responsibility for your own actions. She is she's rewarding you for bad behavior by letting your friends come over. It's also high time she remove the computer from your room. Not to mention the health risks of rotting food and pet dander, it is also a fire hazard. You are a very disturbed child. Your Mom is a bad parent, and you'll wind up knocked up by the time your 15. I feel your pain although I'm sure you have embellished somewhat. Anyway, I am 32 years old and still have trouble with cleaning up my room. My mom always made me clean up my room and I think I am rebelling. Actually, the rest of the house is just more important to me. Anyway ,do what I do and what I tell me kids to do, which is first, pick up all the dirty clothes off the floor. That will make things easier to see. Put them in a laundry basket, take them to the washer, and start a load while you are cleaning. Go back to your room and throw EVERYTHING on your bed. Meaning, anything that is on the floor or cluttering the dresser, desk, etc. Then get a rag and some Pledge and clean all of your wood surfaces. Get some glass cleaner and newspaper and clean your glass surfaces. Once everything is dusted and sparkling, tackle the mess on the bed, one thing at a time. Have a damp cloth handy to dust things off before you put them back on the dresser, desk, whatever. In this process, you will probably find a lot of trash. Go get a big trash bag and hang it off the edge of your bed. (You should get the bag after you start the laundry). One by one, start putting your trash in the bag, as you come across it. Things you want to keep, find a home for it. Do NOT put it to the side and tell yourself you'll put it away later. I know it's time consumng, but if you are anything like me, you need to do it right then and there or it won't get done. Take one thing at a t time, or make piles (bathroom things, closet things, garage things etc...) and when you are done, take your nasty sheets, bedspread and pillows off your bed and go to wherever your washer and dryer are. Take the clothes out of the washer, put them in the dryer and take your sheets and pillows and put them in the washer. The pillows withh take longer to dry, so when that load is done, then put the comforter in (which will also take a while to dry). While those things are in the dryer, go back to your room and spray your mattress with Lysol. Wait about ten minutes then flip it and spray the other side. When all is dry and folded, take those to your room. Make your bed. Lay on your clean bed and look around the room and congratulate yourself and say, hey... that really didn't take that long!! Don't forget that trash bag hanging off the end of your bed. Throw it OUT!!! LOL

okay first u need to get that pizza crust off the floor and put it in the garbage, and then put ya ps2 discs in a case , pick ya homework paper up so u can see ya lamps , fold or wash ya clothes on the floor, dust off ya tv ,make ya bed, and then vacum ya floor and like spray some air freshner....

Get a few bags and boxes and put your things inside for example:

papers,clean clothes, dirty clothes,DVD, etc. It's not the best way but it is a very fast way to tide up a room.

Why don't you just wait until your friends come for the sleepover and enlist them to help clean your room. I'll bet that will go over big with your friends. It will be a great start for any planed activities and give everyone something to do right from the start. Promise yourself a treat for when you are done, then: Set a timer for one hour. Pick up all your dirty clothes. Hang up all your clean clothes. Sort your shoes and line them up neatly. Pick up all your homework papers. Throw away all other paper, trash, food. Pick up all your CDs, change the sheets and pillow cases on your bed. Allow yourself one hour and do not stop until everything is done. Then you can finish by vacuuming or sweeping your floor and dusting the surfaces of your dresser, desk, etc. Go have your treat.
