As a groomer, Ive swallowed a TON of pet hair. So yeah - wouldn't bother me.

I'd pick the hair out - otherwise, we'd end up with no coffee ... we have two Pugs that shed like crazy. It doesn't matter how much vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing and cleaning we do. Hair floats in the air and I wear it most of the time. =}

Id throw it out. Hair contains bacteria especially animals. It spreads in seconds, even if you take it out the germs are still there. But if its a well groomed pet then id just pick the hair out.

I have cats and dogs, so I'm sure I've swallowed enough fur to eventually cough up a hairball. I also have a tarantula, so would you drink your coffee if one of their hairs got in it?????

True dog people here. I agree with woooh. Something I read or heard in a conversation. If you found a human hair in your food at a restaurant, you would send the food back. But if you found a dog hair in your food, you would just pick it out and keep eating. I do it all the time, with 3 Labs and a BC, there is always hair to spare.
