I am 30 and going through a tough time that is showing me just how strong I am... But it is hard, leaving my families religion and it feels like leaving them. They are hopeing I'll come back and see the error of my ways. And so I am leaving town after 12 years of trying to be accepted by them and the church community and finally accepting the way they are is the way they will be. Not even able to go to Walmart without feeling like those family friends I run into are trying to 'reach me'... I need my own life and so I go. A single mom with my pets to a town where I no no-one. I have no really intimate friends to rely on at this point and today my today my neighbor claimed that my dog bite her kid (if my dog did, I don't blame him as this kid is really mean to my dog, unintenionally, but all the same, you don't hit, kick and pull a dogs hair and refuse to let it run away as you pull on its hair).

My life has alot of great, but today, I just need a hug.

Pax, take your left arm, take hold of your right side of your waist. Now take your right arm, take hold of your left side of your waist. Squeeze. That's a hug from one who truly understands. By the way, this hug is unending. It is renewable at any time you want it to be. Take care of you. As for the neighbour, she has to prove a bite did occur, that means evidence, and then she has to prove it was your dog. Sounds like a nasty *****. Keep your pup at home. Make sure the fence is secure, and maybe go for a nightly walk. Each time you run into someone, say "Hi!" Soon you;ll find you see the same faces. Take the jump and ask for a name. You'll be fine. My wife went through something like this before we were married. She left the small town where she lived and moved off with her son. Not everything went well. In fact, there were such things as a fire in her apartment where she lost what she owned, and a car wreck. But time passed, we met and have been happily married for 25 years now. Look forward to the future and try to stay happy. Make the best decisions you can and eventually it will be ok. Don't know how to do a hug.... How about a smile? :)

Sometimes, life can get rough. But it is these times that make our lives exciting. We have to strive to feel better and be better.
