Is there a way to reduce the amount of hair my dog sheds?
Feeding a high quality diet will reduce shedding, beauty comes from the inside! Your dog will always shed, and some breeds shed more at certain times of the year, if they have the undercoat. Brushing daily also helps to reduce shedding, and helps to create a stronger bond with your pup. I use a zoom groom brush on all my babies, cats and dogs, its rubber, so it grabs more hair, and is easier to clean!

Routine professional groomings, and brushing in between. Also, a high quality food. While none of this will stop shedding, it does reduce it. Also, look into getting a furminator. I use it on all my dogs, and it helps a lot. (Depending on what breed you have....works better on some coats than others)

what kind of dog do you have? there are vitamins and shampoos that can reduce shedding. i have 2 "snow dogs" that i brush 2x a day. i also use a DEFURMINATOR that gets down to the 3rd coat on my bernese x because he's in the house most of the time. i still go through 1 vacume every year.
