Also, The Lining is not only 100% Polyester, but 100% DOG HAIR. It slides off the hanger %26amp; my dog curls up in it. It also Smells of DOG.

Leather Coat???

Good Question! And I have an answer for you! My friend and co-worker wore her leather Nicole Miller jacket to the hardware store with her husband and somehow got WHITE paint on it!!! ouch!

When they got home she put it on the table to prepare to clean, then took care of the kids and forgot all about it until the next day.

Long story short, she took a cotton ball and used "Sol-U-Mel" full strength on the paint streak and it came right off! She then used

"Rustic Touch" polish for the entire coat. Both of these products are made by Melaleuca, Inc. and contain Pure Melaleuca Oil, (or Tea Tree Oil). The melaleuca oil is a natural solvent (hence the Sol in Sol-U-Mel and because it is an oil, will not dry out the leather. Rustic Touch is Melaleuca's Furniture polish that can be used on leather, car interiors, leather/vinyl furniture as well as wood. When I first tried Rustic Touch, I had just gotten my furniture from the moving company and it was a mess. It now looks almost brand new and the melaleuca oil in it does not leave it greasy or slick. Also, Tea Tree Oil is a natural antiseptic, anti-fungal, kills staph, strep, e.coli, viruses, candida and is great on pets (disolved Sol-U-Mel will repel fleas and ticks, mosquitos, etc)

as well as it is a deodorizer that will last 5 hours when misted in a room, so I would use full strength Sol-U-Mel on spots and diluted to generally clean the whole coat, then mist the lining and the hair will come right off when you wipe it down with paper toweling. After cleaning you might want to keep the leather supple by using Rustic Touch. You can get these products and other naturally based products at www.Melaleuca.com or e-mail me and I will tell you how to get them at a discount. (too long to write).

Good Luck and Be Well

Leather Coat???

Leave it to the professionals at a dry cleaners.

Leather Coat???

put it in a washing machine and use leather soap and bleach and a little fabric softner and then put it in the dryer on high heat and you will not have to worry about it again.
