Yeah, You just put the gloves on and rub it across the chair or sofa, and it just gathers it together so you can pick it up! I think it has to do with the rubber and static electricity and such, I also know that that they have a broom made out of rubber for the floor too! Try it and let me know what you think.
Has anyone tried using those yellow Playtex gloves to remove cat or dog hair from their couch or chair?
I use ordinary rubber washing up gloves to take the cat hair off soft furnishings. You simply dampen the palm with a little water and rub your hand across the fabric and rinse off the hair it picks up.
When I had a carpeted stair, I used a rubber bristled broom before I vacuumed and I found it really effective. I've not tried it on a hardwood or tiled floor though.
They also make rubber bristled grooming brushes which my cats seem to like. I suspect it's a bit like getting a massage at the same time.

I've not heard of this yet? I do know that a fabric softner sheet picked up hair. I have 7 dogs %26amp; 7 cats, it works good. Also the Hartz Pet Hair Removal brush works great for clothing. It has individual sheets on a roller. Use one, toss it %26amp; the next sheet is ready to go!

I haven't heard about those! It's most likely the static and rubber though.
